What to know before booking
Eight short answers. If yours is not here, ask us on WhatsApp and a person replies, usually within the hour.
How booking works
Pick an activity and send us your dates and group size on WhatsApp or through the ticket on the activity page. We check the forecast and the operator, then confirm the day, the meeting point and the time.
When you pay
Nothing when you ask. Once the date is confirmed we tell you how the operator takes payment: usually a small deposit to hold the places and the rest on the day.
Weather and changes
Tenerife runs four climates at once. If the sea is up or a canyon is closed, we move your day or swap the activity. You are never charged for a day the weather took away.
Cancelling
Plans change. Tell us as early as you can: cancel more than 48 hours ahead and you get everything back, inside the last 48 hours there is no refund. The full rules are on the Cancellations page.
How fit you need to be
Every activity has a level from 1 to 3 and a plain description. If you are between two levels, tell us honestly how you feel and we will steer you.
Age and children
Minimum ages are on each activity page, from 6 years for the natural pools to 16 for freediving. Under 18s come with an adult.
What to bring
Each page has its own list. Almost always: swimsuit or sports clothes, water, a snack, sun cream and shoes with grip. Technical gear is included.
Getting there
We meet at the start of the activity and send the exact pin the evening before. No car? Tell us where you stay and we look for a lift.
