If your plans change
Short and plain: what happens to your money when you cancel, and what happens when the weather or we do.
More than 48 hours before
Cancel more than 48 hours before the planned start time and you get back 100% of what you paid.
Less than 48 hours before
Inside the last 48 hours there is no refund. The places are blocked for you and the running costs are already there.
When we cancel
Mountain and water sports depend on the weather. We may cancel the day or change the route when conditions put safety at risk: flash flood risk, strong wind, a weather alert from the Canary Islands government, or another event outside our control.
You then choose: another available date, or 100% of your money back.
Alcohol and drugs
Nobody takes part under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The guide may refuse to take that person, and the money is not returned.
How to cancel
Write to us by e-mail, or by WhatsApp or SMS on +48 572 432 122. Give your name, the activity and the date.
The 14 day right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer law (in Poland: art. 38 point 12 of the Consumer Rights Act) the 14 day right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to leisure, entertainment or sports services booked for a set day or period. That is why the rules above apply.
Complaints
If something was not done as agreed, e-mail us with your name, the date of the activity and what went wrong. We reply within 14 days.
