You swim with confidence in the sea and do not mind scrambling over rock.
The day
No path, no beach. You move along the foot of the north coast cliffs the only way there is: jumping in, swimming across, climbing out and doing it again, with an abseil straight into the Atlantic on the way.
It only runs in summer, when the sea on the north side calms down. The guide reads the swell on the morning and picks the line.
How the day runs
10:00 · Meet at La Gunacha
Wetsuits on, safety brief, a look at the sea.
10:30 · Into the water
Short swims and the first low jumps to warm up.
11:30 · The cliffs
Higher jumps for those who want them, a sea cave and the abseil.
13:30 · Out and dry
Back at the start by 14:00.

How strong a swimmer do I need to be?
Comfortable in open water for a few minutes at a time. You wear a buoyancy aid throughout.
What if the sea is rough?
Then we do not go. We move your day or swap it for a canyon.
Are the jumps compulsory?
No. Every jump has a lower option or a climb round.
