You are fine with heights and a steady walk on rough ground. No experience needed.
The day
The deepest canyons on the island are the dry ones. No wetsuit, no cold water: just volcanic rock, long abseils and walls that close in until the sky is a strip of blue.
We pick the canyon on the day, by the forecast and by your group. Some are a short walk from the road, some feel like another planet.
How the day runs
09:00 · Meeting point
We send the exact spot the evening before. Gear check and safety brief.
09:30 · Walk in
Twenty to forty minutes to the first drop.
10:15 · In the canyon
Around three hours of abseils, the longest near the end.
13:30 · Walk out
Back at the cars in the early afternoon.

Is it harder than water canyoning?
Different rather than harder: longer abseils, no swimming, no cold.
I am afraid of heights. Can I try?
Many guests are. The first abseil is short and the guide controls a second rope the whole time.
Does it run in summer?
Yes. We start earlier and choose shaded canyons.
